All third-party product names, service names, and trademarks referenced herein are the property of their respective owners. MyBIZm is a methodology and production system that uses these tools as components — it is not a product of, nor officially supported by, any of these companies.
Upon purchase, JnGmedia grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the MyBIZm system and all materials included in your purchase package solely in connection with your own business. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or duplicate any portion of the system or its documents for distribution; resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your license or any materials to any third party; modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the system documents for distribution; remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices; use the system to develop or offer a competing product or service; or share your access credentials or licensed documents with any person other than employees or contractors working directly on your behalf within your licensed business. Any use outside the scope of this license requires express prior written permission from JnGmedia.
Content produced through the MyBIZm system is generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools. AI-generated content — including images, audio, video, and written copy — may be subject to disclosure requirements under applicable federal, state, and local law. Requirements vary by jurisdiction and are changing rapidly. Several states, including Florida and California, have enacted or are actively developing laws requiring disclosure when marketing content is created using AI. Before publishing any content produced through this system, verify the disclosure requirements applicable to your business with a qualified legal or business advisor. The legal obligation to comply, and any liability arising from non-compliance, rests exclusively with you as the business owner and publisher.
AI-generated content produced through the MyBIZm system is based on information you provide and on the behavior of third-party AI platforms outside JnGmedia’s control. JnGmedia does not review, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content generated through this system. All AI-generated content must be independently reviewed for factual accuracy, legal compliance, and suitability before publication. You bear sole responsibility for the content you publish.
JnGmedia provides a methodology, a structured workflow, and access to production tools. JnGmedia does not create, generate, author, approve, review, or distribute any content produced through the MyBIZm system. All outputs — including slide decks, video scripts, voiceover copy, audio, infographics, social media posts, and all other materials — are generated by third-party AI platforms operating on inputs provided entirely by you. The selection, review, approval, editing, and distribution of all content are editorial decisions made solely by you. JnGmedia has no knowledge of, control over, or involvement in what you create or how you distribute it. You are the sole author and publisher of all content you produce using this system. All liability arising from the creation, publication, distribution, or use of that content — including claims of copyright infringement, defamation, false advertising, regulatory non-compliance, or harm to any third party — rests exclusively and entirely with you.
MyBIZm is provided as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement. JnGmedia does not warrant that the system will operate without interruption or error, that defects will be corrected, or that results will meet your requirements or expectations. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the system rests with you.
In no event shall JnGmedia, its principals, officers, employees, contractors, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or cost of substitute goods or services — arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use this product, regardless of the cause of action and even if JnGmedia has been advised of the possibility of such damages. JnGmedia’s total cumulative liability for any and all claims arising from this product shall not exceed the total amount you paid for it.
This product is licensed for lawful commercial use in connection with your own business only. You may not use the MyBIZm system or any content produced through it to create, publish, or distribute material that is false, misleading, defamatory, deceptive, obscene, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content you produce and publish complies with applicable advertising standards, industry regulations, and platform terms of service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JnGmedia and its principals, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all third-party claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys’ fees — arising out of or related to your use of this product, any content you produce or publish using this system, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right. This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your license.
The MyBIZm system requires the use of third-party platforms including Claude (Anthropic), Google NotebookLM™, and others. Your use of these platforms is governed solely by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. JnGmedia has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the availability, performance, or behavior of any third-party platform. Changes to third-party platforms may affect your use of the MyBIZm system. JnGmedia makes no warranty that third-party platforms will remain available or continue to function as described.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this product shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Lake County, Florida. You expressly waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding.
JnGmedia collects and retains only the information necessary to fulfill your purchase, deliver your licensed materials, and provide customer support. This includes your name, email address, transaction identifiers, and watermark codes associated with your license. JnGmedia does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information you provide during your setup session is processed by third-party AI platforms subject to their own privacy policies — JnGmedia has no access to, control over, or responsibility for data processed by those platforms.

These legal notices, together with any license terms and order confirmation delivered with your purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and JnGmedia with respect to this product and supersede all prior communications or agreements relating to the subject matter herein. JnGmedia reserves the right to update these terms at any time with notice posted at mybizm.com. Continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of any revised terms. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary; all remaining provisions continue in full force.
