Getting Started

No. If you can fill out a form and have a conversation, you can run this system. The Pre-Work Worksheet is pen and paper — away from the screen, before you open Claude. By the time you open a chat, you already know what you're going to say.

The Transfer Document runs the intake process for you. You don't need to know how to prompt AI. You don't need to understand how Claude Projects work. You follow the process. The process does the rest.

No. The free tier at claude.ai is sufficient for the entire setup process. Claude Projects are available on free accounts. If you hit message limits during the intake session, simply continue in a new conversation within the same Project — it picks up exactly where it left off.

If you already have Claude Pro, the session will go faster because you have higher usage limits. But free works fine.

No. The free tier at notebooklm.google.com covers the full content production workflow. NotebookLM Plus gives you higher limits and additional generation options, but the system is designed to work within the free tier.

The complete setup — Pre-Work Worksheet, intake session, five brand documents, NotebookLM briefing, and social media calendar — runs 60–90 minutes when the worksheet is completed first.

If you're on the free Claude tier, you may hit usage limits during the intake. The session continues in the same Project in a new conversation. Most free-tier users complete the intake across two to three short sessions. The total time is the same.

Yes. One purchase covers every business you run. Each business gets its own Claude Project and its own NotebookLM notebook. Run the intake process for each one — same process, separate results, completely isolated from each other. Your brands don't bleed into one another.

Consultants and agencies using MyBIZm for client work operate the same way. One Project per client. Each one permanently briefed on that client's business only.

Windows desktop or laptop running Google Chrome. That's it. Nothing to install. Nothing to configure.

An Android phone is optional — the Voiceover Recorder includes a QR code that lets you record from your phone mic and transfer the file back to desktop for production.

Apple devices (Mac, iPhone, iPad) and Safari are not recommended. The production tools rely on browser capabilities that Apple restricts on their platforms. We don't engineer around it.
